There is some really fantastic reflections here that are worth spending some thought cycles on but if I was going to point to one thing.

I would absolutely point to focusing on the scenes in the day to day and finding acceptance that a huge part of writing is actually the thinking.

This is such an incredibly useful cart to latch the work of the work of writing onto.
